The more we have been thinking about legacy, the more our conversations have flowed to what it would look like to capture the families that we have been a part of so far. Weddings are just the beginning of each couple's journey and as a photographer we want to continue to capture the moments in their lives. We want to capture the moments of everyday life in a family. The same way we watch weddings closely for the moments in between, we want to the same with each family. The muddy moments in the yard, the moments playing dress up, the moments after the high chair with food still on each cheek, the moments of love and tenderness, the moments of reality.  Those moments are what make up your family's everyday life, and those are the moments we feel we all should strive to remember with clarity. This is why we have decided, that the Williams' family is only the first as we continue on this journey of documenting legacy. So if you're interested, let us know. The William's family have been dear friends of mine for a long time and decided to move to Texas a couple years ago. Though the distance is great, the bond that we share has continued over the years. I was there when their middle child was born, and will—Lord willing—be their for the rest of their journey.
